Engine
The basic model of Porsche Panamera is driven by a 3.6 liter V6 engine, which churns out a power of 296 hp at 6700 rpm and a peak torque of 304 Nm. The S and 4S variants of Porsche Panamera are powered by the same 4.8 liter V8 engine, which produces a maximum power of 394 hp at 6500 rpm and a peak torque of 500 Nm at 3500 rpm. On the other hand, the Turbo variant of Panamera is equipped with the 4.8 liter twin-turbo V8 engine that generates an output of 493 hp at 6000 rpm and a torque of 699 Nm at 2250 rpm.

All the all three variants of Porsche Panamera ensure maximum safety to the occupants. The standard safety features of the four-door sedan driver and front passenger airbags, curtain airbags as well as side and knee airbags for the front seat passengers.
